Enclosures
The majority of our larger enclosures are now built with our lock-together panelling system. This uses concealed camlocks to achieve a very secure and airtight seal between panels, without unsightly H-joiners or flanges. The very strong structure that results is largely self-supporting, minimising the need for expensive and space-consuming steelwork.
Alternatively, smaller enclosures can be built in either frameless or framed designs, the latter using an extruded pentapost system that is particularly suitable where partial dismantling is required, such as for replacement of a fan motor or bearing.
Product testing in our R&D facility has enabled us to design an independently-certified 100mm panel with a transmission loss of Rw55dB, yet weighing less than 50kg/m2. A wide variety of other constructions are available to suit the particular application, including types for high-temperature or corrosive environments.
